Wednesday's Food Log
Morning Everyone! It's "Hump" day! Halfway to the weekend!
B 3oz's baked chicken
S small apple
L Ham and cheese roll up
D Have some leftover chicken so will throw together some stew.
Decaf and Greentea the drinks of choice to get me thru the day. Went to gym yesterday with Ray so will just do a little cardio on nordic trac tonight. Take Care All,
Got home late from class last night so I didn't have time to pack anything. Had to hit my favorite local deli!
B- Veggie bagel with light veggie creamcheese (I've been very good lately so I thought I'd splurge a bit.)
S - peanut butter and graham crackers
L - Naked juice (not sure what flavor yet)
D - still up in the air. Probably left over chicken with pasta
S- I might make a smoothie. The one I had last night was awesome!
Do a little chair dancing cardio tonight and try to hit the hay pretty early! I know its only hump day but I'm beat.
well, so far, so good, today.

S ~ Coffee & South Beach Snack Bar
L ~ 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich
D ~ not sure yet - leftover something or other
I am on my way to the gym now, and I am actually excited about going again. This will be the 1st time since I got the phneumonia (sp?) I think I will stick to the treadmill and skip the ellipticle for the 1st week and see how the breathing is. I hope this will kick start my behind into gear.
I'll let ya know how I did.
