Morning Everyone!! Well it's "Election Day" ! Get your bottoms out there and vote!!!
B 2 poached eggs
S Working at polling place till noon, so will bring along a proten bar
L Turkey kielbasa with peppers and onions
S proten shake after gym. Ray is off from school so we will go after I get back from taking votes
D meatballs in sauce with a small salad
Will hit D.D. on the way into the Polls. grab a large decaf. Everyone have a great day!
B...protein coffee.....yummy
S...homemade apple sauce with a little protein added.
L...Schav soup with turkey kielbasa
S...Maybe fat-free yogurt
D...Don't know
Will eat a bit more throughout the day , as I felt a little too deprived yesterday and ended up eating another meal around 9:30 pm because I was too hungry (a little bit of Farina)...And I really hate eating that late...
Will walk, walk, walk, ...It lifts my spirits up...

Kids have the day off from school today... 1st big parent/teacher conference! Glad to have the day off... no rushing today.
B - Special K protein cereal, later DD coffee
s - will be a late lunch so will grab slice of cheese and turkey rollup
L/D - maybe take the kids out for chinese. Funny how different I eat there now. used to choose all the fried yucky stuff, but today will choose, shrimp ****tail, cucumbers, chicken teriyaki and steamed veggies.
s - if hungry later, will have some hummus and a few crackers
midday pilates today.

B-broiled egg and handful of Special K Cereal
S nectar protein drink and waterload
L roll over ham and cheese wit mustard on it with sliced of strawberries
S waterload
D Have not decided but probably cook steak ham with mashed potatoes for kids and hubby but i will use one of my stuffed pepper from my freeze to warm up
S simple smart milk andwaterload
Will go to gym to do 30 min cardio

Hello All,
Coffee w/equal & fat free creamer
B - Sara Lee chicken breast w/ provolone cheese melted
DD coffee
L- Progresso Italian wedding soup (ate the meatballs with a few of the pasta)
10 pcs of the lower fat cheetos I started yesterday & some red seedless grapes
large Iced Coffee & propel water all afternoon
D - Left over chicken w/gravy green beans & baby carrots
S - Slim a Bear sugar free ice cream sandwich and a few cashews.
No walking today. My mid section is really tight/sore and I'm feeling a little run down. I did clean up my closet & organized it when I got home earlier. Got rid of alot of pants that I bought last fall that are swimming on me.
