Monday's Food Log
Hello Everybody,
I hate Mondays!!! it is surley cold outside this morning when i put my dogs outsiude BRRRR
B Lower sugar instant oatmeal
S nectar protein drink and waterload
L roll over turkey with cheese with some cherry tomatoes\
S waterload
D cabbage , green beans and roast pot meat
S simple smart milk
30 min to do cardio at gym during lunch time
Yet another chance to get this journey right...
how nice.
EXERCISE... done... kind of.
1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking Tape... no resistance band though.. shoulder still healing.
You know that song... the thigh bone is connected to the hip bone... la la la...?
well.. since injuring my shoulder... my hand hurts more than ever... do think the hand thing that has been hurting forever might just be connected to the shoulder. Chiro here I come. Icing it too.
FOOD
B - 1/2 c. cottage cheese, slices of banana, 1/4 c protein oatmeal
S - HB Egg
WATER WATER WATER... hydrating the joints for better healing so I am told by my hubby.
L - 3 oz talapia, cuke, grape tomato
WATER WATER WATER
S - Protein shake with 8 oz soy milk
D- soup with added protein of some sort.
S - 4 oz dannon lite n fit yogurt, calcium, tablespoon applesauce... YUM
Rest/sleep... good for weight loss I am reading of late.

Working on a great cold today...feel yucky but I am at work and would rather be at home sleeping!!
B - oatmeal, skim milk
S - lots of decaf hot tea (guess I should be having protein here)
L - bean soup - not really hungry
S - protein shake
D - talapia (if it will stay down!)
S - ???
no exercise until I can breathe a little better!

Good Morning,
I also didnt do so well this weekend. Saturday I only ate one meal. Thats my problem I don't eat regularly. I had some moo shoo pork at 3 pm and nothing for breakfast or dinner. Didn't drink much either. Was very busy running errands and doing homework!
To top it all of I didnt get a chance to exercise. I was moving a bit though since I went to three different grocery stores and made sure I parked far and walked through all of them. So todays food will be:
B 3 oz roasted pork, bannana muffin (homemade low fat no sugar)
S another muffin (they are so good, got the recipe from here last week)
L 3 oz roasted pork, 4 oz roasted butternut squash, 4 oz aspargus
S not sure yet have an apple and banna with me
D 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices turkey bacon, whole wheat english muffin (may even put a 1/2 oz of low fat cheese)
Drinking crystal light tea to wa**** all down. Hope everyone has a great day!
Hello Everyone!
Starting to feel like my "old self" since my PS 2 weeks ago. I am SOOO swelled up though...no jeans for awhile... tried to get into a pair that fit prior to surgery and couldn't even button them...sigh.... Makes me feel like I gained weight even though
I know it's just the after affects of the PS & recovery.... I need more patience with the recovery process. LOVING my new belly button...I think I have a crush on it..tee hee.
I haven't been eating too much the binder I'm wearing is right up against my pouch so either food sits like a rock or I fill to quickly. (I guess that's a blessing in disquise!) and I REALLY miss working out.
Coffee w/fat free creamer, equal, and a teaspoon of egg nog flavored creamer
(has high sugar so a little dab just to flavor my coffee)
B - turkey breast w/cooper sharp cheese and a few low fat crackers.
L - Onion soup w/mozz cheese melted. A few pieces of 100 calorie cheetoes
(they're new, very tiny and individually packaged.) The ones I found were 9 carbohydrates per serving package. Nice to have a "crunch with soup once in awhile." and I didn't eat them all & will save the rest of the package for a rainy day.
Red seedless grapes.
D - Roasted chicken breast, baby carrots, and a few bites of mashed potatoe.
S - Cashews and a few seedless grapes??
Treated my self to a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee on the way home from work. Planning on a short walk to my son's school to pick him up from Latchkey today. About 1/4 mile. It's not much but at least I'm moving.
