help wl stalled
I see from your profile page that your surgeon has left the state.
If you have not done this already, my first suggestion is to get a new surgeon who will take care of helping you with your concerns and follow up on your progress. I love mine. Dr. Neil Floch. He is in Norwalk.
My other suggestion is seek the advise of a nutritionist who is well versed in the matters of post op bariatric eating. Nancy Murphy fits that bill. She is in Fairfield. Fairfield County Lifestyle Consultants.
If you need any contact info, let me know.
I do believe we can always make changes no matter how long it has been.

No one can tell if you've stretched your pouch and are, therefore, eating more (which is causing your plateau) or if you need to revise your intake and adjust your levels of protein and carbohydrate.
I hope that you've found a new bariatric surgeon since Dr. Crum left in May--- there are many good surgeons throughout the state who have helped us all alot. Also, if you think that you're weight stall is due to food choices (or returning to old habits), I'd encourage to participate in any of the many support group meetings that are held throughout the state--- several of these meetings are free and open to all. At Norwalk Hospital (where you had your surgery), we have two meetings each month that are peer-lead, free and open to the public; these are both held at 6 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month and on the third Monday of every month.
