L 3oz's chili with beans
S Protien shake after gym
D Trukey hot dog nite!
Decaf and Green tea to keep me hydrated. Gotta remember to do that! Day gets busy and I forget to keep drinking. Really takes alot out of you! Hope everyone has a great day!

D eggplant (baked) with alot of cheese mozz top with some mushroom and diced tomatoes
S simple smart milk and water load
Will be very busy tonight
no exercise but i will work harder tomrorow for exercise

grilled chicken tenders with peppers
will drink lots iced green tea, or maybe hot tea considering the weather
not too sure about exersize...usually walk outside during lunch and morning break, but with the weather......will see
