Ok Folks! Lets Remember, The candy is for the "Trick Or Treaters"!! B 3oz's seafoof sald wrapped in a whole wheat 6 inch tortilla S 1/2 a banana L 3 oz's grilled pork over steamed spinich S Protien shake after gym D Stuffed chicken breast with small salad Decaf and Green tea to keep hydrated, Gym after work! Hope everyone has a safe Halloween

Happy Halloween! B water my sotmach is upset S nectar protein drink L roll over turkey with cheese S waterload D chef salad while my kids and hubby have takeout foods no cooking for me tonight! S sf popsicles will go gym to use 30 min cardio and 15 min weight lift need that !!!! plus walking around tonight with my dog for trick or treat Think candies are poisons!!!!!!!!! Have fun tonight!

EXERCISE... Done 3 miles, Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 45 mins. 16 oz H20 while walking FOOD 12 oz Ho****er before Breakfast B - 1/2 c cottage cheese, banana slice, 1/4 protein oatmeal S - HB Egg WATER WATER WATER L - 2.5 oz's grilled lean steak, 2 tbls acorn squash, a few grape tomatoes S - Protien shake with 8 oz lowfat milk and added calcium. WATER WATER WATER D - Still struggling with dinner for dense proteins at night. Not sure. Suggestions welcomed. S - 4oz. Dannon Lite Yogurt with 1/4 cup of my home made applesauce. YUM. Last minute shopping for candy... hate having it around... Honestly? A halloween curmudgeon I am. Not enough kids in my hood to warrant the purchase and have it staring at me! Perhaps I will buy a bag or two. Perhaps not. T.

ALRIGHT - you all KNOW I am only JOKING .....I have way too much to do today to spend the day on the couch semiconscious and shaking. So I will leave the candy to the kids....and eat my ususal healthy fare- I have some left over sirloin roast beef from Boston Market last night- surprisingly good- for a "chain" they did a really good job with it- tender and lean. I have that and salad to have later, for lunch- I am not feeling like much breakfast- have an awful sinus headache- just working on my 2nd cup of tea to help clear it out. Dinner? I dunno yet- I am in a mood for sashimi from the Japanese restaurant....it's just getting my butt over there tonight..... LUCKILy we don't get trick or treaters as we live on Route 6 in Andover- a far too dangerous place to do any of that kind of thing- unless you dress up in a frog costume and play FROGGER with the trucks.....

One Halloween, I ate all the candy, especially the Mr Goodbars...Little did I know I was pregnant with Anna..No wonder I was eating it like it was going out of style!!! Here's this year's menu: B: King size Snickers Bar S: King Size Reeses Peanut Butter cups L: Three cider donuts S: 2 Brownies D: 2 King size Hershey Bars S: 3 lollipops JOKE, JOKE, JOKE, JOKE, JOKE, JOKE, JOKE.... NEVER, would I EVER want all that candy again... I MAY have one little bite size of something. We're giving out fruit snack packs, and we leave the bowl out on the porch so we all can trick or treat, so, the first person may take them all, or not. We'd never know! I did enjoy a piece of homemade banana bread yesterday, though, and that was a bit too much for me. Happy gouling all, paula

Happy Halloween Everyone: Well today is a great day for me and Tom, 12 years ago was the birth of our beautiful daughter Erin. She was a gift from god for us. We tell her all the time that she tricked us and then treated us, she wasn't suppose to be born until November 4th and she wanted to be here on Halloween. Also while our pumpkin was being born, my mother was upstairs having her biopsy and finding out she had breast cancer. Erin was definately her guardian angel that day, because my mom is a survivor 12 years today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B: My usual coffee/egg and cheese L: Icecoffee/ham and cheese rollups D: tuna on plate and tomato soup NO CANDY FOR ME, LOL LOL. I remember all those years of eating what Erin brought home, anything she did not like Mom ate. No more for me. WOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I do miss my Reese's Cups and Snickers. Thats okay. I will do my walking tonight with Erin and friends and enjoy my carrots. Cant wait to see all my neighbors kids this year and all the cute costumes. My Earth Fairy and her buddy the Butcher. It so much fun. Tom will stay home to give out candy again and scare the kids. We love this holiday, we have a blast. HAVE A GREAT NIGHT TONIGHT EVERYONE, HAPPY HALLOW'S EVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hugs KimC
