Morning Everyone! Its Monday! "Yeesh!" OK lets "Saddle Up" and get it done! B 1/2 steak sub S small apple L 3oz's BBQ pork over green beans D Eggplant Parm with a small salad No gym today went yesterday with Ray. Will hit the Nordic Trac after supper. Big mug of Coffee with a few Decaf GreenTea fill ups to get me thru the day! Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning Julio. Hope that last 2 pounds will be melting off you this week. So close to your BIG goal! How exciting. B- slice cheese, pear slices s- protein coffee. L - chicken over salad greens D - thinking salmon or shrimp w/side salad or veggies leslie sansome video in a few minutes and some yoga stretches Really seeing results getting back on track last week... lost almost 7lbs... 4lbs to my mini goal to get to the 170's. Saddle up it is for sure! EXERCISE - Done! (thanks Terri!) 2 miles Leslie Sansone walking/resistance band tape, 30 mins 16 oz H20 with walk. FOOD Planning it now... packing the lunchbox. With water and food for the day.. I am becoming a bag lady! Will stay within my regular guidelines. And yes peeps! Cottage Cheese will be on the plan! Have a good start to the week. Tattling on myself... very sloppy week last week. As J-man said... saddle up baby! Make today a day to feel proud of yourself......self-talk here. T.

Morning everyone, Not sure how eating will go today... tried to have cheese stick this am and almost lost it after a bite . Not feeling well after my adventure last night. Good evening everyone, I know I have been slacking with logging on the food log. Its been too busy for me with work and home. Today was an awful day in the office as usual. B: Coffee S: none L: Icecoffee egg and cheese D: potato skins (2 mini halves) quesadilla (small bite) S: none Not a good eating day I was a very bad girl. Will have to restart tomorrow. I went to the gym tonight after dinner did the treadmill and the bike for 1/2hr. Still tired from busy weekend and stress at office. Got to get out of this funk. They are making me insane!!! Anyway tomorrow is my pumpkin's birthday and she will be 12years old, so I am so excited to celebrate with her, go trick or treating too. That will be my big walkin for the evening in the neighborhood. This weekend is family party so am going to be crazy with that too. Well everyone have a great day, will be back tomorrow with a better log. I PROMISE. Towanda, your my hero, I wish I was as tough as you are. Your amazing with all you do. Keep it up. Hugs KimC
