Just a quick note...
I am so grateful for the CT board.
GRATEFUL for the daily connection I make with whomever stops by.
GRATEFUL for the daily reminders that having a plan
and working that plan is worth the effort.
For me...
It would be more of a struggle to stay on track LONG-TERM
without the Food/Exercise daily log.
Thanks to those who keep it going.
