Morning Everyone! Seems LIke I did this Yesteday! LOL ,Oh Well.
B Egg substitute omlette

L One of "Kathy K's " stuffed peppers! Big Yumm!
S Protien shake after gym
D Turkey Kielbasa with a small salad
My usual Decaf and greentea to keep hydrated. Will hit the gym to try to workoff these last 4 pesky pounds! They are holding on for dear life! Sheesh! Hopeing to dance them off at the party friday nite! Looking forward to seeing alot of you folks there! Have a Great Day everyone!
Good Morning... early bird today...can't sleep. Maybe I might actually make it to work on time this morning!!!

64 oz goal for water today... have yet to make it this week. Leslie Sansome this morning and mid-day pilates for exercise.
