Hey there Lisa, I think that is a great idea. It will give us all the opporutnity to share all our various recipes with eachother. I would love to get some new ideas for meals. I know our fellow member Chef Julio always has alot of great ones. Okay big brother start posting one everyday. You too my sis Kathy. I look forward to seeing some great ideas. I will post one of my very first recipes right now. Here goes: TILAPIA 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 3 tablespoons mayo 1/8 teaspoon celery salt 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 pounds tilapia filets 1/4 teaspoon dried basil Directions: Preheat oven broiler. Grease or line the pan with foil. In a small bowl mix the parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside. Arrange filets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove from oven and cover with parmesan cheese mix on the top side. Broil for 2 minutes until topping is browned and fish flakes easily. I hope everyone enjoys this great meal. Hugs KimC

Hi Lisa, Here's Julio's kielbasa soup recipe. ***************************** Julio's Kielbasa Soup Put a little olive oil in a pot Cut up a couple yellow onions Cut up a couple bell peppers / use on red and one green for the colors Heat up the oil and toss them in the pot and sweat them a bit Add 1/2 a bag of those peeled baby carrots they have (can cut up carrots if you like) Add a teaspoon of salt and continue sweating the veggies Add 1 can of kidney beans,(any beans you like will work) I add them to boost the protein 1 small can of tomato sauce 1 can of Mushrooms 1 can of diced new potatoes (again cut up your own if you like) 2 cans of chicken broth 1 cut up the turkey kielbasa Season to taste... Can modify it any way you like, sometimes I add a little pasta to it, elbows or whatever.. I throw in a little Chili powder to give it a kick When everything is hot its good to go! Even better the next day! "Enjoy" I omitted the potatoes, did the vege's in a frying pan then added them to my crock pot and added the rest of the ingredients and cooked it on low for a few hours. I also added black pepper. This soup is excellent. Hope you try it. Barbara
