Morning everyone! "Hump" day! Yesss! Counting the minutes to "Friday"! B Ham and Cheese Roll Up S 1/2 a banana L 3oz's steak over green beans D Will make Chicken with Stewed Tomato's. Very easy, Just brown chicken breasts in a little olive oil, remove from pan put aside. I dice up some peppers and onions and swet them in the pan. When soft, open a can of diced stewed tomato's they come in many flavors, I use Garlic,Basil flavored. Put in pan, cut up breasts and return to pan , let simmer till cooked thru. I serve it with a steamed veggie on the side. Chicken comes out very moist ! Easy to get down. Enjoy! Went to gym yesterday so today a little cardio will be the order of the day! Hey Everybody! Counting the hours to go until the party starts I posted more recipes other post and you can print it out to save for your recipe folder. Crazy Morning!! Want to stay in my bed because it is too cold to get out from my bed but had to get up to go work! B egg salad while I am making it for my lunch S Hank protein drink and water load ( love Hank protein drink but it is expensive!) L egg salad again! S waterload D chicken with mushroom , onions, peppers and stewed tomatoes with green beans S simple smart milk and waterload Bought preztel bags for Halloween for kids to come my house.. YEAHHHHH no candies but my kids will get candies from someone s houses around our street!!!! Hugs Kathy K

Julio You must be excited about the party because it is only Wednesday not Thursday. B- string cheese and slice of steak from supper last night s - protein coffee l - shrimp ****tail d - chicken stir fry. after 3 exercise sessions yesterday...think i will take the day off today. Little sore. drinking 64 oz water today. have a great day all terri

Good morning! I am very happy to report that I was a good girl yesterday. The only thing I put in my mouth that was not on my log was a tic-tac. B~Eggs with salsa S~ham L~Tuna D~ Not sure yet Maybe some chicken Julio style Julio and Kathy, thank you so much for the recipes you have been posting! I can't wait to try them out! Hugs to all! Chrissy, Good Job! Doesn't it feel good to be back on track? I have to say that all the posts these last few days about going off track really helped me as I was veering off track a little too. Thanks for helping others by coming here for support. Keep up the great work... you can do it! terri
