Tuesday's Food Log
Morning everyone! Hope you all got thru "Monday" ok!
B 2 hard boiled eggs. I made a few extra and put them in the frig for when I need a quick snack.
S Small apple
L 4oz's Hormel chili with beans
S Protien Shake after gym
D Going to make Kathy K's Stuffed peppers. They were a big hit!
Decaf coffee and Crystal light to keep hydrated. Will hit the gym after work. Still fighting with those last 4 pounds to goal. Will give it my best! Hope everyone has a Great Day!
Who is that handsome devil in the red shirt? Love that picture of you Julio. I will be happy to help you dance off those last 4 pounds on Friday night. WOOHOO! I am so happy that I will be able to make it to the party now!! The girls are super excited. Can't wait to see you all.
B - slice of cheese and 1 oz chicken
L - fruit & walnut snack size salad & grilled chix snack wrap from mcD's.
D - don't know --- need to do some shopping, but thinking of green salad w/some kind of protein.
snack will be protein powder in my coffee this morning. I did awesome yesterday.. NO food SNACKS!!! hoping for the same today.
Going for 64 oz water today and leslie sansome in about 2 minutes... midday pilates at lunch and yoga tonight!! got to get into shape for friday!

Why you put your old picture back? Good idea Terri! We will keep our chef Julio dances until he reached his goal pound. LOL I am not crazy about dance SIGH! My kids are exciting about it. Terri Proud of you no food snacks so far Keep your hard work up!
B cheese and ham roll over rush this morning
S nectar protien drink and waterload
L tuna salad
S waterload
D ???? have not make plan will decide when I look at my freeze
S simple smart milk and waterload
Will go gym during my lunch time to do 30 min cardio and 15 min weight lift

Pasted from main message board since we need more soup recipes since the weather is getting colder
Randall's Southwestern Fajita Soup
1 roll of mild sausage, browned and drained
3 large cans of white chicken meat or either fresh boiled and deboned
3 cans of pork and beans
2 cans of blackeyed peas
1 can of northern beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of kidney beans
(do not drain any of the beans)
2 envelopes of fajita mix
1 jar of mild salsa
1 can of rotel tomatoes
Add all this in a crock pot and simmer 6 to 8 hours. Eat and enjoy!
Morning all... I strayed away but I am back. I have been eating way too many carbs.
Fell off the wagon and hard. I am in the same boat as Lisa and started to get down and felt like a failure. I have to keep in mind... I did loose 89 lbs! That is nothing to sneeze at. And I do feel physically awesome!
Kathy and Julio I have to say that I look to your food logs for help and ideas. You seem to know your stuff! Thank you for that!

That is what our Food Log helps you to stay on right track... Start fresh today and forget about the past. True Stay away from demon Carbs.. I was ex carb queen in the past . I dont eat carbs much but once a while I can have little carbs for my body needs. Start to shopping to buy fresh raw vetgetables, cold shrimps, cheese stick, SF jello, SF fudge popsicle ( my favorite because I am chocolate lover) and cottage cheese to stock up so you can eat one of that instead eating too many carbs. 89 ilbs is great! You did a great job to use this message because that is one of your tools to keep you successufully!
