Morning everyone! Well hope everybody got the chance to enjoy the nice weather this weekend!
B 2 slices Turkey Ham roll ups
S Small apple
L Turkey hot dog in 1/2 cup of baked beans
D Grilled chicken and Broccoli
Went to gym yesterday so will be a Nordic Trac day at home. Will bring my decaf and green tea to work to keep hydrated. Hope everyone has a great monday!

I hate MONDAYS!!!!!!! I cannot believe it is almost November here!
B cold shrimps with little sauce
S waterload
L low carb slim fast protein drink
S nectar protein drink and waterload
D meatballs with mozz cheese and small salad
S simple smart milk and waterload
will do 30 min cardio and 15 min weightlift at gym during my lunch time
Preparing yourself to find a way to do exercise for winter time and pracitce to do exercise inside your house or practice to make trips to gym to get ready to keep exercise during Winter time

Weekends are too short!
B - hard boiled egg 1/2 slice wh.wht toast
s - coffee w/ protein powder
L - meat ball with cheese and sid salad
D - chicken & veggies or something .. chicken sounds yucky right now
s if i need it - hand full of nuts
concentrating on water loading today, for exercise will be raking more leaves after work.

B - 16 oz of water with cystal lite
S - 8oz ckn broth with 3oz of turkey
L - 8oz ckn broth with 3oz of fish
S - 16 oz of water with cystal lite
D - 8oz ckn broth with 3oz ribs
S - 16 oz water with crystal lite
Trying this for 5 days - today is my second day - Will exercise at home tonight....
I'm starting the plateau buster today
B - Protein Shake (w/benefiber and flax seed oil added - I want to try to avoid bathroom issues and this protein heavy diet will definitely be a challenge!)
S - Lite Cheese (baby bella)
L - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 boiled egg
S - String cheese
D - 3 o.z. Stew Meat
So far today I've had 12 ounces of water so I have at least 60 more to go! Hopefully this buster diet will get me off the same frustrating 2 lbs. that have been coming and going since AUGUST!!
