Hi Kim,
You are right about Sexy momma. I want to keep Sexy momma for my kids so they dont have to be embrass to have fat mom anymore! Wink! I tried my size 4 pant and it fit me but too tight and uncomfortable but size 6 is just right comfortable for me. I am going to take my kids and dogs to Harkness State park to take some pictures on Saturday afternoon for Xmas card.

Ok, Lady....you've got to call Kim Daniels and have a talk with her about this. Dr Aranow would be the first one to send you to her.
Take a look at the picture of you and Kyle pre op. You look NOTHING like you do now!
I know that the brain has a hard time catching up to the new body image, but, Kathy, you don't want this to go on for too long.
I know you're having issues with fearing gaining the weight back. Maybe just one visit with Kim would help you out so much.
Email her, (I have her address if you don't) and tell her what's going on. Please, I don't want you to have to suffer emotionally over such triumph and success!
You look fantastic...we need you to see it too!
Paula
Hi Paula
I know Dr Aranow will ordering me to see Kim Daniels when I see him for two years check up in few weeks ahead but I told Kim Daniels in 7 months ago that I still see myself fat once a while and she said it is normal to feel that because my body changed so much and I am not used to have new Kathy but my mind is so Stubborn like I am !!!!

Most of us deal with body dysmorphia.
Most of us deal with fear of gaining our weight back.
Makes sense to me.
That said, it is my belief that if we don't treat our senses, our body, our soul with kindness we will gravitate back to those horrid habits that got us "fat" (ok I said the "F" word!) in the first place.
What AM I saying?
I am just saying.. I believe that it is a fine balance of being compliant for longterm weight loss success and not badgering ourselves into submission.
And keep in mind Maintenance is a scary place to be.
Yet... YET...
It can be a time of joy and rewards.
Rewards that we can walk in the world without that shame (that I had!)...
without that pain, or wishing so hard that it would all just melt away in a day.
I could go on and on.
I agree... go see the psychologist. I go for tune-ups all the time.
and... THANKS FOR SHARING that part of you with us.
Gives us all food for thought.
