The hotel is giving me a bartender for the lobby bar, which will be serving beer and wine, at our own expense,mixed drinks can be bought in the hotel club. Anyone staying in hotel for the night gets the free full american breakfast buffet,,full use of the indoor heated pool,, exercise room, and game room,,rooms for our group have been discounted at $ 65.00 so far I have about 35-40 people comming. Hey there Cyn,

Great job with all the organzing and having this event. I cant wait to see everyone on Friday night. Erin is so very excited about this mini vacation we are taking. Its going to be a blast. Keep up the good work and thank your boss so very much for letting you do this for all of us too. I am already with my party hat and dancing shoes.
