Morning folks! Well we made it! T.G.I.F.!! Hope everyone has a great weekend! B 3 breakfast sausage links S 1/2 a banana L 3ozs Seafood salad S protien shake D I'm cooking for my friends 50th birthday party. Making trays of Sausage and Peppers and Baked Ziti so will just pick a little of that while I'm working. Expecting 50 people so it will be a busy day after work for me! Take Care All,

Hey Everybody, Today is Friday!!! This weekend will be busier for me again!!! Tonight my son will go to Halloween dance at school with his friends... B-broiled egg and handful of bear naked peak protein waterload L left over chicken with some cherry tomatoes waterload D No cooking but maybe chef salad for me while kids and hubby decide what they want for take out foods S SF fudge pocicles and waterload Will go to gym for 45 min during my lunch time feel GUILTY that i did not exercise yesterday but I do not have energy yesterday but today I feel great after recharged batteery from my body by went to bed early last night WINK! Julio did you recharge battery in your mind yet ? LOL Have a great weekend! Kathy K Let's keep our prayers for our WLS Sister Mickey today for her surgery (Tummy Tuck)

Chef Julio, you should be a caterer in your next life! Good luck with your friend's party. I am sure it will be a great success. You will work off those last couple of pounds for sure! b - hummus & crackers(2) w/slice turkey s - string cheese l - meatballs sauce s - protein bar d - turkey and salad walk away the pounds tonight after work have a great weekend! My girls were invited to a costume halloween party tomorrow hope the weather holds out. terri

Hi all, Sorry I have not posted this week. I have some stomach bug and really haven't had much to eat. Lots of water, little soup but everything else made me so nauseous! I hope to try and eat 3 meals today. We will see! What really stinks is I didn't exercise since Tuesday. This thing started Tuesday night. I hope everyone has a great week-end - mine is busy if I am feeling okay! Take Care, Nancy
