B special K cereal with skim milk
S Hank s protien drink and waterload
L roll over ham and cheese with little mustard on it and some grapes
S waterload
D Chicken with salasa and mozz cheese over with some mushroom and some green beans
S simple smart milk and waterload
No exercise today but will work harder tomrorow

B - 1 egg omlette w/cheese & healthy choice ham
S - Apple slices w/sugar free carmel sauce for dipping
L- WW meal chicken w/squash. (eat the chicken 1st) Some low carb/sugar yogurt
D- McDonald's chicken salad (grilled). W/my own low carb dressing

Off to CURVES for one last time before surgery. I'm gonna miss working out. Have alot of running around to do before tomorrow. WHOOT WHOOT!
