Yummy Autumn Protein Shake!
Here is pumpkin Protien milkshake
1 cup of simple smart milk
3/4 cup of canned pumpkin (chilled)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/3 cup lower sugar orange juice
1 Tablespoon splenda brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 banana ( frozen and sliced)
Combine the milk,pumpkin,ice,oj,splenda sugar, cimmamon and protein
smooth add the frozen banana and continue to frappe immediatley
