Morning everyone! "Hump" day. Make it count! LOL B omlette made with "Better n Egg" substitute, with a little red bell pepper S small apple L 3oz's chicken parm over green beans D Grilling steaks. It's the "Mrs." birthday today Large Decaf with Green tea refills. Went to gym yesterday so a bit of Nordic Trac when I get home from work. Hope everyone has a great day! P.S. Good Morning Everyone, My TT is this Friday...I WI**** was today...I'm getting pretty hyper & anxious...LOL...two more days....it'll be here before I know it! Fruit 2O water Coffee w/low fat creamer & equal B - South Beach Diet cereal w/few slices of banana & chopped walnuts S- apple slices w/sugar free carmel sauce for dipping (I think I need therapy I can't get enough!) L- Vegetarian Chili w/a few lower fat wheat crackers & cheese. Low carb/low sugar yogurt D- left over pot roast w/some summer squash S- ?? No work out tonight will take a walk at lunch have to get my house straightened out before surgery so I can "chill out" with my recovery. Went to my PCP for a pre-op, she hasn't seen me since April. She was really amazed with how I looked and the best news was my blood pressure was BANGIN' 120/60!! Before the WLS I was on blood pressure medicine and anti-depressents. I was grinning like the cheshire cat when I left her office yesterday whoot whoot! Have a great day all, Mickey

Good Morning Julio and Everybody, Julio You need recharge batteries in your head to boost up memory LOL By the way Good luck on your surgery and email me private to let me know how you make out and need any advices then I will be there to help you through your processing during recvoery. I will thinking of you on Friday and keep you in my prayer! 16 oz waterload B cottage cheese with some grapes S waterload L roll over turkey with cheese with some mustard on it and sliced of tomatoes S waterload D ???? Have not decided yet S simple milk and waterload Will do 40 min at gym during my lunch 30 min for cardio and 15 min for using exercise machine for abs Have a great work out since the weather is getting warmer again!!! EXERCISE Done! (phew!) 2 miles Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 30 mins 49 oz H20 while exercising. (time to hit the head! egads!) I DIGRESS... TMI... sorry FOOD all good stuff. in a rush today. will try to report in later. T
