Morning Everyone! Nippy out there this morning! Time to pull out the hats!
B Turkey Ham and cheese roll up
S Cheese Stick
L Turkey and LF cheese on small whole grain roll. A little cole slaw
S Protien shake after Gym
D Have some leftover chicken cutlet from sunday and leftover sauce from last night so it's looking like Chicken Parm tonight! LOL A small salad on the side
Lots of Decaf green tea to keep me warm at work. Will hit the gym and keep at building up before surgery. 6 pounds to goal now. Have a month to make it! Will do my best! Have a Great Day All!

I am not looking forward Winter coming !!!! Got my son school picture yesterday after I asked him where it is!!!! They came out very nice. He is handsome young man!
Rush this morning .... My Puppy Jack followed me everywhere while my other dog Jill is sleeping.
B-half cup cottage cheese and some few grapes ( need fibers)
Waterload and nectar protein
L Tuna salad with low dressing
S waterload
D left over cod fish with green beans
S Simple milk and waterload
Will do cardio at gym during my lunch for 40 min
Don t forget to make your time to do exercise 15 between 30 min today!

Alrighty my hands are starting to get cold again..& starting to wear socks to bed again...SIGH
Lemon flavored water
Coffee
B- Atkins grain cereal w/extra walnuts and a few slices of bananas
S- string cheese
L- Progresso chicken vegi soup with a few low fat wheat thins 1/2 apple w/sugar free carmel sauce for dipping
D - Pot roast w/ a piece of potatoe and some carrots (In the crock pot all day YUM)
S - other 1/2 of apple??
Working out at CURVES. Count down to my TT on FRIDAY WHOOT WHOOT..starting to get nervous & excited all at the same time. Have my pre-op physical this morning so won't take a walk at lunch today to make up my time. My husband is a basket case I'm ready to commit him or give him a prozak....

B - cottage cheese (1/2 cup), fruit, 2 Wheatswoth crackers (according to nutritionist, I am not getting enough carbs so my Diabetes is thrown off and therefore the bad numbers in my bloodwork)
S- applesauce
L - salad with beans
S - protein shake?
D - not sure - having a hard time eating meats - might just have egg salad w/light mayo
S - WW fudgicle (spelling way off!!)
