Morning everyone! Hope all had a great weekend and have gotten thru the new format here at "OH". Now, Back at it!
B 2 poached eggs
S small apple
L 3 oz's baked chicken with broccoli
S Protien shake after Nordic Trac at home
D Turkey meat balls in sauce with small salad
Lots of water after my Deacf to keep Hydrated!
Went to gym yesterday with Ray and came back home and spent the day working in the yard. Everyone have a Wonderful Day!

2 miles Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 30 mins
24 oz H20 while exercising.
FOOD
B - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/4 c protein oatmeal, 1/3 slice banana
S - HB Egg

L - 2 oz talapia, 1 oz cheese, raw veggies
WATER WATER WATER
S - Protien shake with 6 oz lowfat milk
D - chicken and Salad
S - 6 oz Dannon Lite n Fit Yogurt
