Went to gym yesterday and got a good workout in. Have some yard work to keep me busy when I get home today. Decaf coffee and Green tea to keep my "Juiced" today! Hope everyone has a wonderful Weekend!

Thank god today is Friday and I wil lbe busy to clean more junks from my hubby sbasement to throw out before They will pick up our junks to throw away on Tuesday. Will take Kids and Jack (our puppy) to watch Demo for Aglilty on Sunday.

Hello Everyone,
I need to get my butt back to the gym I exercise at home here and there but its not the same. I moved a month ago already so its been that long since I walked into the gym. I need to get the energy to make it back next week.. I have been doing weigh****chers this week and its been working its just a matter of staying on it...
Everytime the weekend comes around I get in big trouble. I go today to see the doctor for my tummy tuck and to set a new date so need to stop playing want to lose at least 10 more pounds before my tummy tuck... I know that i need to do this for myself but its damn hard... I will keep trying to be a good girl and stay on track...

Good day, all! A bit nippy down here in Westerly, but a nice nippy!
Had a two day virus and now feel better...thank God.
B: ****tail shrimp and homemade ****tail sauce (I know a strange breakfast, but I just put it together for Bob's lunch, so I had the leftover!)
S: protein drink
L: 3oz cheese w/ couple of RF crackers
D: Bob will be home for dinner (a rarity) so, maybe a pizza...
S: SF popsicles
Lots of water to flush out the toxins of the virus. Still gonna take it easy today, as I'm still weak and feeling shaky.

Julio, chugga chugga chugg a long to get to that goal prior to TT. You can do it! Step up your cardio to get that metabolic rate going...You already look GREAT! Can't wait to see everyone again at the party! Gotta get going and finish my costume!

Havent been to the gym in like 3 wks. I am still getting over pneumonia (SP?) I have had a horrible congested cough and if I do anything that gets me breathing hard, I cough more and more and really cant breath. Its getting a little better, but still too congeted to go to the gym. I have done some slow stuff like push the lawnmower, but nothing hard.
