Morning Everyone! Raining Cats and Dogs out there right now. Molly woke me up early so will just stay up and head into work early. B Turkey Ham and Cheese roll up. S String Cheese stick L 3 oz's Seafood salad over salad S Protien Shake after Gym D Looking like it's going to be a "Buffet" night. Leftovers are adding up ! I will have the a bit of the baked chicken I made tuesday with a small salad. Will hit the gym after work. Doing my best to get to goal by "T.T." time. Just a few more to go! Big mug of decaf along with lots of water to get me thru the day. Everyone have a good day!

EXERCISE DONE! Yea Me! Leslie Sansone 2 mile walking/resistance band tape, 30 mins. 16 oz H2o while walking. FOOD B - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/3 sliced banana, 1/4 protein oatmeal S - HB Egg WATER WATER WATER L - soup with some protein of some sort thrown in (sick of chicken) WATER WATER WATER S - protein shake with 6 oz lowfat milk D - Not sure. Date/food shopping night - Wild and crazy we are. S - 6 oz Dannon Lite n Fit Yogurt T

I'm with Terri on being your cheering section! You can do it Julio! B - Protein Shake L - Potato/Cheese/Ham Soup D - Hamburger w/veggies S - ??? Water and Exercise are my mantra - will hit the bike again tonight - I've been going strong for 4 nights straight - sweating and everything! My knees aren't too happy with me but for now I'm not in agony so I'll press on and hope for the best! Tomorrow is my 16 year wedding anniversary - Nathan is sleeping at Grandma's house and we're going to the casino!! Have a great one!

Hi All, I am really really late today. Had doctor's appointments all day and am finally home and relaxing. The elipitcal machine is calling my name so I won't be relaxing long! Had more fill today so I am on liquids: B - protein shake and protein bar S - water L- Tomato Soup S - Water D - Protein Shake
