Thanks Bette, I still eat certain foods with a baby spoon and I rarely use a full size plate anymore.

Call me a silly rabbit, but I ONLY use baby spoons and custard bowls to eat with and from. It slows me down. I also weigh and measure most of my food. Old habit from WW and beyond. T.
