Morning All! Hope all of you that had the day off yesterday got to enjoy the excellent weather!
B Turkey Ham and Cheese roll up.
S 1/2 a banana
L 3oz's BBQ pork over green beans
D Turkey Kielbasa with a green salad
Lots of water along with my Decaf and will hit the "Nordic Trac" at home today. Hope everyone has a great day!

Coffee w/low fat creamer & equal
B - WW fiber & oats cereal
S- mozz string cheese
L- Chunky turkey chili and a few low fat wheat thins 1/2 apple sliced w/sugar free carmel sauce for dipping (tablespoon)
D- Salisbury steak w/veggies
S - Apple w/yogurt, raisins, almonds, & cinnimon
Walk at lunch and a trip to Curves tonight.

S - HB Egg

S - Protein Shake with 6 oz lowfat milk, calcium supp added.
D - Not sure, sign class tonight. Bringing food to eat beforehand.
S - Yogurt (Dannon Lite n Fit)

Little late posting today. Ugh!!! what a busy morning. I am my own worst enemy some days when I don't prepare ahead. Today was picture day so took a little extra time with the girls hair, etc... didn't have lunches made or backpacks packed or any of my stuff done..that I usually do the night before... so there we were 10mins late for me to be at work and I went to that scary witchy poo mommy place this morning trying to get the kids into the car. I actually think my head spun around. ACK! Poor dahlins'.
Anyway, Of course I found time to eat

s - apple slices
L - left over steak slices, mushrooms, carrots
D - couldnt stomach the meat tonight... had protein cereal w/ff milk instead
s - sf popcicle
only 24 oz of water so far. not good, will try to get at least another 24 oz before i go to bed.
midday pilates at lunch and yoga tonight
