Morning everyone. The raindrops are falling outside right now so may want to take a peek outside before you head out to see if an umbrella is warrented. B Small piece of a "Fritatta" I made earlier in the week. S Small plum L 3oz's seafood salad over a little greens S protien shake D Meatball in sauce with a small salad. No gym today, went yesterday, Will get a bit of excersize bike riding in while whatching the news. Everyone have a great day!

Good Morning Everybody, It is cooler outside this morning when I put my dogs outside this morning but the weather will getting warmer this Sunday again 16 oz waterload B lower sugar instant oatmeal S waterload L chicken salad with low fat dressing S waterload D have not decide since both of kids will be in reglious edcation tonight in different time S simple smart milk and waterload will do cardio at gym during lunch time for 40 min Have a great workout! Appears it might be a fine sunny autumn day there J-man. EXERCISE d o n e! Leslie Sansone 2 mile Walking/Resistence Band Tape, 30 mins. 16 oz H20 with walk. FOOD B - 1/4 protein oatmeal, 1/2 c cottage cheese, sliced 1/3 banana S - HB egg WATER WATER WATER L - 3oz chicken breast (no skin), raw veggies, 1 tlbs dressing WATER WATER WATER S - Protein shake with calium added. D - Not sure... food shopping/date night with Cliffie. We are such a wild and crazy couple! NOT! S - yogurt with calcium added if not done in shake above. multi, synthroid, antioxidant. Off to the races! T.

B - 1/2 wh. wheat mini bagel, string cheese s - apple L - leftover chicken, mushrooms green beans s - lf granola bar D - meatballs,cheese side salad or brocolli s - Glass of wine with Dr. McDreamy Towanda... talk about your exciting lives huh!? T, What kind of powder calcium citrate do you use? I'm having a hard time with calcium in pill form. I think I have to switch over. What is the nutritional content of it? How many scoops a day to fulfill? Where do you get it? Paula

Hey Paula, I was talking to My ARPN at the walk on saturday ,( The Blond Lady that was talking to me while I was cooking) and She told me that The Viactive"CHOCHOLATE" calcium chews are fine, Wal mart sells their own brand as well. I take 2 every day and they are Yummy!

Hey Paula, I used to take this liquid calcium citrate with magnesium and vit D. Elina, the former dietician for Dr. A. said it was a very good choice. I found it in the vitamin shoppe at the Westbrook factory outlets, but just found a link to it online.
