Dr Aranow recently prescribed for me this nasal spray for b-12 supplementation. It is SO easy. One squirt in one nostril once a week! How easy is that? They say the absorbtion rate is higher than a shot and a lot better than pills. One prescription bottle is a two month supply. It's easy. The only draw back is the cost. I have good insurance, and the copay was still 42 dollars. Luckily, there was a rep for the company at the walk and she was giving out 40 dollar rebate slips, so, I have six months for free, basically. If you get a prescription, ask your doctor if they have any of those rebate slips. THe rep told me she's been giving them to all the doctors. For me, the cost evens out for my convienence. I can get lazy and not take my b12 daily like Dr Aranow prescribes. Thought I'd share my experience with this new product. Paula

Paula: Since I was poking around on the 'Net today, I went to the company's website. If you click on the link below, you can fill out a patient starter packs . . . and look for the text noted underneath. Dunno how much the coupons are worth, or how many you get, but who knows - could help! http://www.nascobal.com/request_patient.html "Please send me patient starter packs whi*****lude a Nascobal Spray demonstration unit and patient co-pay reimbursement coupons" Bette

Nope, Nancy. We don't need it. I was just wastin' time at work today, waiting for my producer to come in, and thought I'd see if I could find anything for those without, as Ron White calls them, "Coo-pins."

We were talking about you at the walk Saturday Bette- were your ears burning? We all were remarking how incredible your success has been with the Lap Band. I said you obviously use your tool well- you eat right, etc., to go along with the band.

(laughs) What is it I learned at Al-Anon? "It works if you work it!"
