LOOKING GOOD FOR HALLOWEEN PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, halloween custume party October 27th,2006-------- 7:00pm to 12:00pm Howard Johnsons Hotel (Beverly Hills Suites) 383 South Center Street Windsor Locks, Ct 06096 Well,so far we have about 35 people on the definetly comming list. We will be charging $ 5.00 at the pool area door for admission. Heres a run down of event so far. The cost of the pool area is $125.00 plus taxes,I have decided that any extra door money shall be donated to a/b/s ,one check will be sent to carla for that purpose. Kim c is so gracious as to be making halloween goodie bags for all children that will be comming. Her daughter Erin will be celebrating her 12th birthday at this party as well. We are going to have a variety of foods,juices,water,if you want liquior it will be available at your expense. There is going to be prizes for best costumes,adult and child categories. No one is expected to stay there but for for those of you staying,,,check in is after 12 noon,you May come a little earlier if necessary.Check out is 12 noon. Room rate is 65.00 plus tax which will include a free breakfast buffet in the morning,as well as use of the pool ,exercise room and game room for the duration of your stay. If anyone else is interested in comming to this fun halloween party please respond quickly. Also anyone that is making food can you please e-mail me seperately so I can figure out what is needed. Hey Cyndee, Great job my dear. Cant wait for the fun event. Its going to be a blast. Erin is so excited about staying overnight for a party and being able to swim. Cant wait to see all my dear WLS friends. Your doing a great job organizing this and I am very proud of you. I will be there to help in anyway I can my dear. See you on the 27th.
