B 2 poached eggs with a little green onion
S String Cheese stick
L 3oz's grilled pork with a little stewed tomato's and green beans
S Protien shake after gym
D Turkey Chili Burger (No Bun) with a green salad
Having my 18th month Visit with Dr, Nazdam. Hoping he is happy with the results so far. Will take my decaf coffee along with my new "GIANT" water bottle that I got at the "Walk from Obesitry" "Thanks auto Suture" Will hit the gym on the way back from the Doctor's office. Hope everyone has a Great Day!

B - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/3 small banana, 1/4 c protein oatmeal
S - HB egg
WATER WATER WATER
L - 2.5 oz's turkey rollup, 1/2 oz jarlsberg, raw veggies
S - Protien shake

D - Minestrone soup with some kind of protein added
S - 6 oz yogurt with calcium added.

Morning all!
Have the day off today with the kids. No school. I am trying to get all the boring housework done so we can go out and play today. Going to see the only steam powered cider press in the whole US of A!!! Right here in tiny little CT... whodda thunk it? Clyde's CiderMill in Mystic. They have the most delicious cider. I think we are going to do some apple picking today too while we are on the apple theme. Love this time of year.

s - sf popcicles. Hey there was something new in sf popcicles in the freezer this week - rootbeer, orange crush and dr pepper. the rootbeer and orange crush were good, but the dr pepper was kind of yukky.

Going to pickup our new kitten tonight, so will just do my exercise bike and walking tonight. Gym tomorrow. Lots of water this week. I feel so much better since I have been working out. Now I hope to reach my goal now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday morning - left my entire computer bag at home! Using some old computer someone had hanging around. The worse part was my lunch was in it!!
