2006 WALK FROM OBESITY Info

Hi Everyone!!! Well tomorrow is the BIG day! Have you got your sneakers all laced up??? Join us for the 2006 Walk from Obesity at Hammonassett State Park in Madison CT for a 3k walk to benefit the ASBS Foundation. If you haven't pre-registered, not to worry, you can sign up on site! Registration begins at 9am - sure to be a cool crisp morning and it's usually breezy down there by the beach so dress appropriately. Visit our sponsor tables while you're waiting for the walk to begin - you'll find lots of information. I will be this year's walk leader so be sure to look for me as we kick off the walk! And PLEASE feel free to do the walk at your own pace - no points for coming in first or last - honest! Can't wait to see everyone there!!! Hugs, Carla

Hi Carla, was just thinking as it is suppose to be a sunny day out some picnic blankets may be in order so those who choose to stay and chat can sit inthe sun as opposed to under the Pavillion. Just a thought I'm throwing out there! See ya Tomorrow!
