Morning Everyone! Two days to the "Walk" everyone! Loking forward to see everybody! B 2 Poached eggs S Cheese Stick L 3 oz's Meatless Lasana ( It came out pretty good ) S Protien Shake after gym D 3oz's pork with diced seasoned tomato's and green beans Decaf cofffee and Green tea to keep hydrated! We have to Sip,Sip, Sip all day. Have a Great Day Everyone!

Hello Julio and everybody ! It is almost Friday!!!! I need fall PJ not Summer PJ because I was too cold to get out from my bed this morning!!! B broiled egg and some grapes Waterload L tuna salad S waterload D Will eat Julio's supper menu while he is my chef tonight WINK! S waterload while listening Dr Goodkind's lecture and meet new and old faces there Hope to see you there! No exercise today but will work harder tomorrow! Hugs Kathy K

Good Morning, B - Special K protein cereal s - pear L - pork roast slices w/green beans and ff gravy s - granola bar D - turkey soup Goal today is to water load.. i notice it is so much easier to give into the snack cravings without it. mid-day pilates today. I also have a date with a surgeon tonight. DR. MCDREAMY!!!!!!!! Have a great day all. Terri

Morning. my 2 cups of french vanilla coffee w/ fat free 1/2 & 1/2 Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and whole wheat tst. snack - yogurt dannon lite & fit with added sliced banana (ran out of flax seed) Lunch - protein bar snack - some grapes dinner - cup of Lentil soup w/ salad and hydrate

Hi all, Tooth got pulled today and he told me soups and soft food (works for me since I had a fill Monday and that is all I can have anyway!). Can't wait to meet everyone - went and bought a few clothes - 2 sizes smaller - woohoo!! B- Protein Shake L- 3 bean soup S - Protein Shake D - had tuna last night so maybe egg salad w/ low fat mayo S - Sugar Free popcicle Have a great afternoon and evening! Nancy
