Morning Everyone! Two days to the "Walk" everyone! Loking forward to see everybody!

L 3 oz's Meatless Lasana ( It came out pretty good )
S Protien Shake after gym
D 3oz's pork with diced seasoned tomato's and green beans
Decaf cofffee and Green tea to keep hydrated! We have to Sip,Sip, Sip all day. Have a Great Day Everyone!

It is almost Friday!!!!
I need fall PJ not Summer PJ because I was too cold to get out from my bed this morning!!!

D Will eat Julio's supper menu while he is my chef tonight WINK!
S waterload while listening Dr Goodkind's lecture and meet new and old faces there

No exercise today but will work harder tomorrow!

Goal today is to water load.. i notice it is so much easier to give into the snack cravings without it.
mid-day pilates today.
I also have a date with a surgeon tonight. DR. MCDREAMY!!!!!!!!

Hi all,
Tooth got pulled today and he told me soups and soft food (works for me since I had a fill Monday and that is all I can have anyway!). Can't wait to meet everyone - went and bought a few clothes - 2 sizes smaller - woohoo!!
