Morning everyone, Grab that Jacket on the way out the door, Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr B Whole grain bagel with cream cheese S string cheese stick L 3oz's beef stew D Cooking that pasta-less Lasana. Put it together yesterday and found out it was after school nite so no time to cook it. So will be on the Menu tonight. Decaf Coffee and Decaf Green Tea are the fluids of choice for today. No gym as I went yesterday. Will get a bit of Cardio on the Nordic - Trac after work. Everyone have a great day!

I don't want to get out from my bed... too cold!!! and want to stay in my warm bed but have to get up tp geet ready to go work! B-cold chicken waterload L lean cruise waterload D eggplant with mozz cheese top S simple smart milk and water Will do jogging outside duringm y lunch for 2.5 miles and no time exercise tomorrow will be very busy day and night tomorrow! Don't forget to make plan do exercise for 15 between 30 min today then you will feel great and dont feel GUILTY!!!!

Good Morning all, Its a gorgeous day out today, the sun is shining and I am ready to enjoy it!!!! Alittle chilly though but nice. B: Decaf coffee with splenda S: yogurt L: Ham and cheese rollups S: water D: salad S: water Lots of water today as always. Went to the gym on Monday, will be going again tonight. Doing my walking in between the gym days and my exercise bike at night. Going to shock that scale and move the weight again. I am so very determined. Everyone have a great day and I will see alot of you on Saturday at the walk. Cant wait to see everyone. Hugs KimC

Morning all, 2 cups of french vanilla coffee w/ ff half and half breakfast - 2 over med hard eggs w/ crust of rye tst. 1 cup of french vanilla coffee with 1 % Milk Snack - dannon lite & fit vanilla yogurt with banana and ground flax seed Lunch - protein bar Dinner - Broiled fish w/ salad Snack - sugar free ice pop or fruit
