Morning everyone, Nippy out there this morning!
B 3oz's eggplant parm
S cheese stick
L Turkey and cheese roll up
S Protien shake after gym
D Will put together a "No pasta lasana" ( Will take a corning wear dish, spray with pam and just put all the ingredents you put in a lasana in it. The riccota cheese will bind it all together as it cooks "hopefully", LOL.
Will take my decaf and green tea to work. Funny how odd some people see our need to drink alot of fluids is. I tell them I find their smoking and doughnut eating a tad odd as well," but to each his own" I say . Hope everyone has a great day!
Add a bit of eggplant to the Lasagna!

S - Protein shake with 6 oz lowfat milk (will add spoonful of mashed pumpkin to vanilla shake to make pumpkin shake!)
D - Dunno yet. Have sign class tonight. Will bring food on the road.

Getting cooler... love this weather... Can't wait for the leaves to start turning color.
Plan on taking my grandson to a hay maze this fall.

Hi Julio - I make the noodleless lasagna with just ricotta, sauce and mozerella and just eat it out of a little tiny casserole dish (I make a single serving) - it's great! I also finally bought some flax seed oil - those pills are pretty big! There is no way I can take one of those in the morning - the bottle said 3 per day - but I don't know if I'll be able to do that - I took one last night and it took a while for it to work it's way out of my stoma.........How many do you take and when? Do you think I could blend it up in my protein shake in the morning - have you ever done that??
I think it all depends on who you're around and what they think is odd - there are a lot of people around that truly appreciate and understand the value of drinking water

D - Piece of Quiche (I made a kickin' quiche the other day - I couldn't recreate it if I wanted because I just "experimented").
Been having a ton of issues lately - I need to figure it out - it's not fun I think I need to drastically up my water - I usually get about 64 oz in a day of liquid - but not all of that is water - I'm going to try to up it so at least 80 oz, take the flax seed oil pills and mix some benefiber into my shakes.......UGH - so frustrating - I am stuck at the same two pounds coming and going for 3 weeks now!! I'll figure it out....I wonder if the weight will come off when I get the issues resolved...

Hi Tammy, Sorry to hear about your "Bumps" in the road along your "Journey". During the earlier part of my "Journey" , Robin bought me some of that "Uncle Sam " cereal , it's made with flaxseed and it did the trick for me and was alot esier to take that pills. Getting stuck as far as the weight go's is also part of the "Journey" The important thing is not to get so frustrated that you give up! These times are the "Land Mines" along the weight loss journey. Just keep your eye on the finish line and it will all work out! To think that some people consider weight loss surgery the "Easy Way Out"! Not by a long shot! You Keep up the Great Work ! Hey Julio,
Have you ever tried replacing the pasta with eggplant? I spray a cookie sheet with pam, place peeled, sliced eggplant on it, top it with more pam. then I bake on 400 so the bottom cooks and switch the oven to broil so the top cooks. use that as you would lasagna noodles. i guess it is more like eggplant parm, but it is still good and filling too.
