HALLOWEEN PARTY FINAL POST

ok everyone,we need a serious and final count in order to make this party happy with success!! Kim c will be working on goodie bags for the kids,I need to know how many will be attending.So far I have a definite count of about 20.So if you had not told me about yours,please do now so she has a count of bags to make. Adults,,nows the time to respond with final number of people in your party attending the halloween party. It is $5.00 at door,anyone staying in hotel gets the room for $65.00 plus tax whi*****ludes free breakfast buffet,indoor swimming,exercise room,game room wide screen tv's in lobby,and loads of fun on the 27th of October at the party. also included in the fee is a buffet style spread for the party..Music and dancing also.Please respond quickly,and spread the word..Thank so much,I am so looking forward to seeing all of you I have already met,and meeting all the ones I havent met yet...See you soon,,cyndee wear costumes to win prizes,,,and bring a bathing suit if you want to swim (indoor)

Hey Cyndee, Well you already know. Me, Tom and Erin will be there and I will be bringing the goody bags for the kids too. I hope everyone is more cooperative soon. Hi Cyndee, Count four more in for the party! The kids and I can make it and my mother in law (who lives in the condos right in back) is also going to come. Do you want me to mail you 20$? I also want a room. Please send me info on that, also. Question: What time is check in? I am not going to let the kids swim during the party, but they are heck bent on swimming at some point. SO, I figured that I would come early and let them swim prior to the party. What time is check out? Does the pool have a morning opening time? Maybe they can also swim the next morning if there's time. My kids LOVE hotels and LOVE to swim! I just don't want them swimming during the party. Too much activity going on and I want to wear my costume and not go swimming then. Is the pool area a lot hotter than the rest of the hotel? I know that the Windsor Courtyard Marriot's pool area is a lot hotter in there than the hallways. We stayed there the night before we flew out to SF in August. Is there anything I can do for the party? Please tell whomever is doing the goodie bags to add 2 children. Anna is 8 and Timmy is 6. I am 43 today! Yeeha! I feel great! Missed you at the walk. hi paula,no need to send the money,you can pay at door.it is hotter in there,but we will have the outside doors open if its gets too hot..i will let kim know about your children,they will have a great time with all the rest of the kids.check in time is after 12 noon,but if you want to come early thats fine too,,,give them my name at check in(cynthia griffin),then just switch all your info with the person on desk at that time,i will be here to help anyway if hteres any confusion.everyone has been great about pitching in for the food,if you would like to bring something feel free,but not obligated.there will be alot of stuff here. check out for my group will be 1:00. the pool opens at 9am.so by the time you get breakfast,etc,you will be all set. i am so glad to hear you are gong to make it,i am looking forward to seeing all of you..see you soon,,,cyndee if you need any further info,,,feel free to call me 860-872-6335
