Monday's Food Log
Morning Everyone! Well its "Monday" again, sigh. Hope everyone had a good weekend!
B Grilled fish fillet
S small plum
L Turkey hot dog ( No Bun ) with a little green beans.
D Turkey chili burger on a whole grain bun with a small salad
Went to gym yesterday so will get some yard work done when I get home. Taking my big decaf mug of coffee along with me. Will keep filling it with water throughout the day. Take Care All,
Good Morning Everybody
I HATE MONDAYS!!!! I am tired because I was very busy this past weekend with two birthday parties and went to home depot trips!

D turkey meatloaf with green beans
S simple smart milk and water load
Will do 30 min cardio at gym during my lunch time
will be very busy after work with my kids's activies

B- 1/2 c cottage cheese, slices of banana, 1/4 protein oatmeal
S - HB egg

L - 3 oz chicken breast (no skin), fresh raw veggies (no dressing)

S - 6 oz lowfat milk with protein shake (Isopure powder) 25 gms protein + milk protein
D - not sure... perhaps soup with meatless meatballs in it
S - 4 oz yogurt with calcium supp
SYNTHROID, MULTI, ANTIOXIDANT, CALCIUM
I am so grateful that this exercise/food log is here every day.
It keeps me focused and pulls me back when I stray.
Mostly grateful for the exercise part. THANKS

Figures the sun is out... what a crappy weather weekend. One of my chickadees is sick so played nurse all weekend -- didn't help that it was so damp and raw. My poor little Abby.
Anyway, glad to see the sun out again today.
