Morning everyone! Well It's "Hump" day and the weatherman says it will be just a tad cooler but sunny. Lets hope he's right!
B 3oz's chicken cutlet with a little tomato sauce.
S 1/2 a banana
L 3oz's meatloaf with green beans
S Small peach
D Turkey hot dog with a small salad
Will bring along my usual Decaf and Green Tea to keep hydrated. Didn't make the gym yesterday, Had a Chiropractor appointment so will get it in today! Everyone have a great day!

I am starting to think about starting Christmas shopping and think what I will buy for kids because I hate Christmas shopping into crowd people and waited long line forever! I want to enjoy myself during Christmas season. Had fun at Jessica 's school last night.
lower sugar orange juice (1 cup)
B lower sugar instant oatmeal
Waterload
L roll over ham and cheese with half banana
S waterload
D chicken with salsa and cheese top with green bean
S simple smart milk and waterload
Will do 45 min for cardio at gym during my lunch time since I will be busy after work with kids and our puppy at school too.
Don 't forget to make plan 20 or 30 min exercise today

I decided to try eating today (it's soft) - so far so good
B - Protein Shake
L - cottage cheese, avocado, kidney beans - sounds like a weird combo but that's what I picked from the salad bar and it tastes good! I'm scared to try the artichoke hearts and summer squa****hink I'll just put that in the refrigerator here at work - I don't know why I bought it - well I know why - I bought it because it looked good - old habits die hard!!
D - Probably chilli - I want to stay on mushy for about a week before trying solids again..........
S - Ice cream?
I've been eating too much ice cream lately (but really enjoying it!).
Will bike for 20 minutes tonight........gotta get moving - I've been so neglectful lately I don't know why............

B - Lower fat spam w/provolone cheese heated
L - Fat free refried beans w/cheese some yogurt with apples/raisins/almonds
D - Got a pizza w/extra cheese & hamburger. I usually eat the tops and leave the breading & crust alone. Will throw in some veggies
S - Apple cut up w/sugar free caramel sauce for dipping...YUMMY
Went to Curves tonight. I'm flying out to Colorado for a 3 day work convention. The resort we're staying at for work will have a have a huge work out area/jacuzzi & pool so will definately do my best to hit that up during my stay. I imagine there will be LOTS of food will stick with good choices & protein first. The group I'm going with tend to like to "party" so I'll sneak off for a walk or workout.
Grey's anatomy is back on..whoot whoot so might try to see if I can be in my room for tomorrow's opening show.
