Morning Everyone, Will be a tad cooler today!
B Ham , Egg, and Cheese Lean pocket
S Cheese stick
L 3oz's seafood salad
S protien shake after gym
D Meatball in sauce with a small salad.
Will hit the gym after work. Taking my big mug of Decaf to work and will refill it with hot decaf green tea. Hope everyone has a great day!

B special K with skim milk
S nectar protein drink and waterload
L tuna salad with some cherry tomoates (missed Summer ripe tomaotes :O( )

D garlic shrimp with broiccolli
S simple smart milk and water load
Will go to gym to do 45 min cardio
Will be very busy tonight for school night and kids activies after school

Hello Everyone!
Coffee w/fat free creamer
B - WW oats & fiber cereal
L - Progresso meatball soup (ate the meat balls) a few organic whole grain pretzel sticks with light cream cheese. Yogurt w/apples, raisins, almonds, & cinnimon
S - 2 String cheese & a few carrots
D - Fat free refried beans w/cheese a few pieces of chopped chicken breast.
No work out tonight.

L... lean pocket
S...1/3 of grilled porkchop, 1 small apple...(grabbed on the way out of the house)
D...egg salad (made with one egg, lowfat mayo, and fat-free plain yogurt) with about 5 blue corn tortila chips...
Drank plenty of decaf iced tea, and decaf coffee all day....
will have a glass of milk before bed, as I am a little lower on protein than I like....
Walked during break at work today, about 20 minutes...no time for anything else...the only running I did was running errands....
