Morning Everyone, Well, it's Monday, Sigh! Suppose to warmup today so enjoy the day! B Turkey and Cheese roll up S 1/2 a Banana L Chicken and Chili D Grilled Sausage and Zuccinni Went to gym yesterday so will heal up today. Will take a long walk while the weather holds out. Hi Julio! I hate MONDAYS!!!! You know me! Anyway I have so much to do this week to get ready for two birthday parties for my daugther who is her birthday on Sept 23rd. She will be 9 years old. That is my baby!!! Anyway I am glad I can enjoy this warmer weather. I will go to gym to do upper weights then will jogging tonight with my dog for 2 or 2.5 miles after dinner tonight! Waterload 16 oz B broiled egg and some grapes S waterload L chef salad with low fat dressing S waterload D Have not decided yet S simple smart milk and waterload I have to eat more protien intake since I noticed I lost 4 pounds for a week. I think it was my sinus infection and my worrywart caused this Kathy K

Mornin' all! B - scrambled egg w/slice of ham L - some kind of wrap sandwich D - dinner salad w/chicken s = sb protein bar, coffee lots of water and going to teach my daughter how to ride a 2 wheeler tonight for a little exercise. have a great day! terri

Hi all, Hope everyone is haveing a great Monday! B - 1 egg with cheese, slice of bacon S - drank my decaf ice tea L - left over filet mignon with a few tbs of garlic mashed potatoes S- Protein Shake D - shrimp stir fry S - protein bar if I feel like one Water has been so hard but trying to get it all in! Good Morning to all.... B ~ 2 bites of toast (that got stuck so I didnt eat anything else) L ~ 1/2 of a chicken wrap and still took off most of bread/wrap. D ~ chicken and veggie Not sure what I will be having for snack yet. I got a fill last wendesday and I swear the restriction just kicked in today. This is the most restriction I have ever felt. YIPPEE!!! Its not too much, but its nice to finally feel SOME. Bree

B -1/3 ham & cheese omlette 1 1/2 whole wheat pancake (I know I was bad) And coffee to start Lunch - Sly Stallon ch. pudding protein w/ ground flax seed & banana snack coffee Dinner - shish - ka - bob salad snack klondike no sugar added ice cream sandwich Did gym.:cool; and tons of water
