REWARDS..Leave Your Comfort Zone..!!
Your summer sounds lovely Paula... Way to go with that swimming suit. 
It is sad that many of us did feel a sense of shame about our size... Our culture is way too judgemental of how people look... the real shame lies in the fact that so many times we did not do things that brought us joy because of that shame... I created my comfort zone out of shame, fear of being ridiculed, heck, just plain old-fashioned fear..
Now, don't get me wrong, I am not advocating a reckless life-style here... Just what you said, life's too short. Live in the moment...it's not the same as living for the moment. That would be short-sighted and ultimately rewardless... But living in the moment, now that's the right idea.....
