Morning everyone, posting a tad early as I have to head in early today!
B Turkey and Cheese Roll up
S small banana
L Seafood Salad
S Protien Shake after Gym
D Cooks night off so it is a toss up
Will bring my Decaf coffee to work and drink my decaf green tea to keep hydrated. Hope everyone has a great day and a great weekend!
b... one banana pancake with extra any whey protein added
a medium latte light about 1 hour later
S.. low sugar cranberry scone.....with a cup of coffee (scone yummy but dry)
L...3 oz canned salmon (actually "pouched salmon"), 3 slices tomato
S...low sugar scone with decaf green tea (dry,dry,dry....but still yummy)
D..2 slices turkey, 1 slice of cheese, leftover avacado
S apple
lots of decaf iced tea today.....
walked at work, will do sit ups and push ups before bed...
