Morning! Well it's "Hump" day. Hopefully we are on the downward side of the week!
B 1 1/2 slice of toasted whole wheat bread with cream chese. (Molly struck again !)
S 1/2 a banana
L 3oz's baked chicken over greenbeans
S A small peach
D Think I wil throw together a pot of Turkey Kielbasa soup. These cool evenings has me "Hankering" for something like that!
Decaf and Water are the way to hydrate as the day go's by, everyone grab a jacket, It's a *****illy out there! Take Care,
Hi Everybody
When I woke up this morning and I do not want get out from my bed and want to stay in my bed warm but had to get up ! It is freeze outside this morning when I put my two dogs outside for bathroom. I noticed two deers were looking for foods across from my neighbor 's house. They were eating his tree's leaves.
1 cup of lower sugar orange juice
B special K with skim milk
S waterload
L tuna salad
S waterload
D will go out with my friends tonight probably somehting with steak with grilled onions and peppers
S waterload
no exercise today because too busy with kids after work and will meet my friends but will work harder tomrorow for this

Hi Julio,
I would love to have your turkey kielbasa soup recipe if you're willing to share. These past few days have been quite chilly and the first thing that comes to mind is a nice bowl of hot soup to "warm the ****les of your heart".
Also, my grandson is playing high school football for the first time and is a little overweight and watching what he eats. I think this will be a tasty and nutritious meal for him. Do you cook it on the stove or in a crock pot?
I have eaten kielbasa and find it tasty but I still have trouble digesting the skin so I have been taking it off. I'm 9 months out since I had my surgery and to date I've lost a little over 100 lbs. I feel great and everyone tells me I look great.

Hello Everyone,
I am back... I am done moving and almost unpack... Have not been posting but my eating has been okay.. Have not gone to the gym in almost two weeks but will be back next week. Trying to finish all my unpacking and getting the house straighten out so stairs have been my exercise. I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks so I am happy with that... It must be the going up and down the stairs now... lol

D - Left over turkey chili w/ cheese and a few crackers w/turkey & cheese
S - Cut up apple slices w/sugar free carmel sauce for dipping.
Went to CURVES for a work out. Going to Seekonk MA tomorrow & Friday for meetings. Majority of the food I can pick out myself since they're ordering off menu's. Will pack some water & some sugar free hot chocolate for the hotel.

Wore my new blazer today, so stayed nice and warm....Have a sweater I will wear tomorrow,,,after that it better get hot again, as I am running out of cold weather clothes,,,,last year's are a little too big,,,,
