Morning Everyone! Quite Nippy out there to grab that jacket on the way out!
B 2 poached eggs
S 1/2 a banana
L Chicken patty with green beans
S Protienshake after Gym
D Grilled sausage with a small salad
My usual Big mug of Decaf along with three refills of water to keep me hydrated at work. Will hit the gym after work. Hope everyone had a great day!
Well, yesterday was a weird day, eating wise....
Sure hope today I have an appetite and eat ....
B Protein coffee, just to make sure I start my day with enough protein
S apple
Crap, I am not even interested in planning the food for the day.....drawing a complete blank...Just thinking about food gives me indigestion (could be the beans from last night's dinner though) Well, if nothing else strikes my fancy, I always have some protein bars in my desk......Maybe ground turkey for dinner? with a marinara sauce?
Oh well, sure this won't last and I will get my healthy appetite back....This is so not like me...

Allright, got it together......needed to really plan my day food wise, so her it goes:
B ..oatmeal with added protein,i checken tenderloin
S.. apple
L..1/2 chicken panini sandwich (may have to leave some of the bread)
S..coffee
D...More chicke tenderloins, with yellow peppers and onions...
Lots of decaf iced tea...
Will walk for my exersize,,, and probably jump to conclusions..
EXERCISE DONE

30 mins will have to wait a few days... strained a back muscle.

Start my sign language class tonight! Will be on the run from work to class
D - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/4 c grapes, 1 oz cheese
S - 6 oz (60 cals no sugar) Dannon Lite 'n Fit Yogurt with liquid calcium added)
SYNTHROID, Multi, antioxidant

water loading today... and... drumroll .... I AM EXERCISING TODAY! Had to say it loud cuz as I type this, I am thinking of ways to get out of it. Today starts afternoon pilates and tonight is yoga --- double whammy.
T - How great that you are taking a sign language course! Good luck. I am starting Chinese classes with my daughter on Sunday. She was reluctant to start last week and the teacher invited me to take the classes along with her.
