Hi, ALL YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD Just reporting in that tomorrow is my big day at 12 noon........ Just can't believe the day has finally arrived and next time I write I'll be on YOUR SIDE! AM I NERVOUS YOU ASK???????????? YOU BET I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got my protein shakes stacked up (4 different kinds) - my baby spoon ready - vitamins -calcium citrate - sugar free ice pops - frig loaded with sugar-free jello - lots of broth and ice tea ---- I'M READY!!!!!!! Looking forward to meeting you all at the post-op meetings... Especially Paula's Thursday night group.......Heard she is THE BEST! You have all inspired me so much with your informative posts and well wishes - I just can't thank you enough. HUGS TO ALL OF YOU....... JOAN S. (THE ELDER OF THE GROUP!)

Good luck,,,,hang in there, If I can make a small suggestion, be careful with the iced tea in the beginning...has to be decaf, your system will probably be ultra-sensitive to caffeine in the beginning (if you're having gastric by-pass) Enjoy the journey.....
