Morning Everyone! Hope everybody had a good weekend! Back at it again so here we go!
B 3oz's leftover beef stew
S small plum
L 3oz's seafood salad over lettuce
S Cheese stick
D Goinmg to the Middlesex support group meeting tonight so will see what looks good at diner afterward.
Went to gym yesterday and got a good workout in as well as a nice bicycle ride in. Wil take my big travel mug of decaf in with me to work as well as my water. Everyone have a great monday!
Good Morning Everybody,
I was sick with colds since Friday through Sunday! No fun! Got this germ from my son and hubby! I am easily to catch the germs! Anyway Since I am better , I have to catch up my exercise. I will use exercise bike for 45 min and will use exercise ball to do sit up abs today .... no running for me until I feel great! Will drink alot of fluids today!!
2 cups of lower sugar orange juice
B 1 broiled egg
S some cherries and water load
L chicken broth and some few bites of cheese
S water load
D chicken with broiccolli
S water load and one small orange

probably won't exercise today... no excuse.. .just not motivated. tomorrow starts a new season of yoga and pilates though. signed up for exercise 3 days a week. so hopefully it will spark an interest in moving this sedentary body.
prayerfully thinking today of all the 9/11 victims and their families along with all the troops and their families. Hard to believe that it has been 5 years already.
Another horrible day of eating -
I had a protein shake for B - then I went to the cafe and bought a turkey wrap, with roasted pepper and cheese and had it heated up in the toasty thing - it makes the wrap a little crunchy - and I just love it - One bite I chewed it well but it didn't feel too great - took another bite and oops - so my day of eating was ruined - threw up in the bathroom at work - it was totally embarrassing - someone was in the bathroom and was saying "excuse me, are you alright? Can I go and get anyone for you?" - I was like "No thanks, I'm fine"............went back to my desk and I knew I just couldn't stay at work so I left and came home - - then I drank some hot tea and it helped.
I don't know what I was thinking, I knew I should had stuck to all liquid but I thought I'd try bean soup - two tiny little mushy beans in and it didn't feel right so I just stopped eating - at least I'm not sick but I sure am hungry - I just don't feel like a protein shake right now...........Yesterday I ate like a champ - I ate some pot roast and it went down beautifully - I even tried taking a piece of bread and completely soaking it in the gravy and it went down fine - it tasted really good too!
Oh well -it's a learning journey - I'm learning...... the hard way!
