THAT IS FABULOUS!!!! OMG, You should be so happy and proud with yourself! I am a year and a half out and my weight loss was very steady until I reached goal... It was like my BODY knew exactly what to do! (infact about halfway there I wondered if I could possable lose "too much weight") as far as "how fast/slow will the weight come off" I think everyone is differant and you cant POSSABLY compare your journey with anyone elses..... Eat according to the dotor and nutiitionist says , drink your water and exersize and mostly...... Enjoy the ride! Your doing great! (dont forget positive self talk!) Sweet Mammy

Hi Rae, Congrats on doing so well onyour "Journey" so far. I have found on here that we all lose at different rates and sooner or later we get little "Dry Spells" when the scale just stops for a bit. It's very important to not get chained to the scale and just keep doing what your doing. I stuck pretty much to the weight calculator they have on here. Take care and keep up the Great Work!
