Good morning...I'm off to water walking!
I started on Wednesday and loved it. It is a great stress buster and quite a workout. It's not just walking up and down the pool with the belt on. It's crunches, kicks, swimming, strokes, arm and leg work. It felt great!
I never thought that this couch potato would love movement and moving so much now! If I don't get some kind of movement in daily, I feel stuck and stodgy and stuffy. Like a blob.
What a difference a year makes! My anniversary is on 9/28! 126 lbs down!
Have a good day, all....good weekend, too. Soccer starts tomorrow, so I'll be there all morning long with both kids playing. I'm NOT a good sports mom. I'd rather sit there chatting up the other moms and not paying attention! Plus, I keep getting eaten up by mosquitos, ouch and itchy!

Holy Moley it's almost your anniversary already????No way!!!!! WOW !!! What a ride this last year has been huh???? I was in Aranows office for the first time a year ago tomorrow- weighing in at 298, and today I am 185 on the scale here at home....unreal. I am down to a 16/18 from a 30/32. I am happier, healthier, and just plain better off.
Oh it's the best and fun!
I did that 6 months out from my surgery and had a ball.
And it is a real workout!
Do you have the gloves? that give you webbed fingies?
Oh and the belt?
come to think of it... I may join the rec dept's class this winter.

I was a soccer mom many many moons ago. (my baby is not having her own baby!)
My daughter was a superb fullback (that is what it was call in them there days!)
