L 3oz's seafood salad over bed of lettuce
S protien shake after gym
D Cooks night off so will see what Robin comes home with!
Off to work extra early to get an early start for the weekend! Will take my 20oz mug of decaf and refill it with water at least 3 times today! Gotta drink more water! Have a Wonderful Weekend everyone!

I have no Idea yet what I am eating! I worry about the boys first...but anyway! I wanted to ask since you are so close! When are those apples going to be ready for picking up by you at Bishops? I am dying to pick some....and ohh yessss...make my yearly apple pie.....but I make it with splenda!

Well I'm off to Sesame Street at the Hartford Civic Center today - watch out Elmo - here we come!!

L - I'll bring Nathan out somewhere - I've been craving quiche big time and can't find a place that makes it as a regular menu item - (any suggestions?)
D - Kielbasa w/vegetable
We'll probably be heading to the Ellington or Hebron Fair tomorrow (I LOVE fair season!!) - Next weekend is the Four Town fair which is a great fair!

My son is sick with flu and my hubby have sore throat!!!!! SIGH!! Hope I don t catch their germs

Breakfast - single ham and swiss omlette w/ crust of rye tst.
cup of coffee w/ real cream (bad)
snack - yogurt w/ flax seed and 1/2 banana
1 fresh green fig UHMMMM!!!!
Lunch - s.b. power bar
Dinner - hopefully seafood de fablo (I don't know how to spell it) shrimp scallop calamari sauteed add tomatoes and tabasco.

all day -water but no gym today. will do alot of walking tonight.
have a great week end everyone. have to work all week end. But I don't mind. Better to be at work than home doing nothing.
