Morning Everyone! Starry nite out tonight and a bit nippy. Hopefully we will have a suny day! B 1/2 cup bran flakes with 1/2 cup skim milk S Cheese stick L Turkey and Cheese wrapped in a whole wheat Tortilla with a little mayo, Lettuce and Tomato S Small peach D Turkey burger, no bun with a small salad. Went to gym yesterday so will hit the Nordic Trac after supper. Will drink my fill of fluids, Hope everyone has a great day!

Will be busy at work and tonight too ... will expect so tired tomorrow morning!!! Two glass of water load B special K with low fat milk S load of water L chef salad S nectar protein drink and waterload D ????? have not decide yet maybe cold shrimp with sauce S simple smart milk and waterload Will exercise 45 min at gym during my lunch time little sore from my legs from running yesterday need build up my shape up since have not active exercise for 6 weeks since my surgery. EXERCISE DONE Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance band Tape - 1 mile -- 20 mins FOOD 16 0z water while exercising B - 1/4 c protein oatmeal, 1/2 c cottage cheese, slice of nectarine S - HB egg WATER WATER WATER L - turkey and cheese rollup, raw veggies S - protein shake with lowfat milk WATER WATER WATER D - 1 tbls lima beans, 1 oz chicken, 1 oz cheese, 1/4 brown rice, 1/4 c cottage cheese S - 6 oz (60 cals no sugar) Dannon Lite 'n Fit Yogurt with liquid calcium added) SYNTHROID, Multi P.S. Had a very stressful day yesterday and ate emotionally (nothing really bad? but too many cals in the end). Here's the lesson for me... It really does not work anymore for me... eating to relieve stress... that's good news. Living life with it's ups and downs is doable, just not comfy at times. babysteps Have a good one everybody! T.

Going to curves after work. My menu for today: B- carb control yogurt (40z) and protein shake (35 grams) S - drank rest of protein shake L- seafood salad from cafe at work - yum with tomatoes and applesauce s - lots of water D - Talapia, squash S - protein shake I loved the Hank's protein and ordered it and it came yesterday. With all of the controversy on the main board I am afraid to drink it!! Have a great afternoon and evening. Nancy K

B - Protein Shake L - Cup of potato soup D - ??? We're going out - I am craving quiche but don't know where to go to get it.... Maybe we'll go to Red Robin and I can get some chilli or a turkey burger.........

Happy Thursday! Once again late with posting! Hot tea B - Healthy choice turkey w/melted cheese S - left over meatballs & protein yogurt. L - some chicken salad & a few kidney beans from 3 bean salad D - ??? Not sure still full from eating heavier in the day..something protein w/some fruit. DD Coffee, Diet iced tea, and low sugar/cal cranberry juice through out day. I feel like my eating is getting a little "out of control" I make smart choices, just that I can tell when I'm going to have my "visitor" soon, feels like I can eat a horse & then some...sigh...I easily put on 3-4 pounds during this time...and as soon as I'm done.. my eating returns to my "normal" self and I lose the weight ....VICIOUS cycle. Took a walk at lunch and went to CURVES. Have a great night all, Mickey
