Morning everyone. The weatherman says we may see some sun today! Let's hope so!
B Turkey and cheese roll ups ( 2 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese )
S 1/2 a banana
L 3oz's kielbasa with a little sauercraut
S Protien shake after gym
D Pork chops cooked in diced seasoned tomato's with green beans
My morning mug of decaf with a number of refills of water. Will hit the gym after work. Hope everyone has a great day!
Good Morning everybody
I had a bad day yesterday which caused my stomach is not hungry and upset. I am trying to force myself to eat something and take protein intake today
Waterload 2 fill of cups
B broiled egg
S nectar protein drink and laod of water
L cold shrimps with dip sauces
S nectar protien drink and load of water
D chicken with brocoilli
S simple smart milk and laod of water
Need to do cardio to release my stress for 45 min on treadmill tonight at home while watching tv

I was planning on eating today until I took a pill this morning with my coffee (I did it yesterday and it was fine).
I was on my way out the door - all dressed for work - took the pill and it got stuck - I slimed and for about an hour! I made some really, really hot tea and that is helping to dissolve the pill - MAN THAT STUCK PILL HURT!!!!
So who knows what I'll eat today - I certainly don't feel like eating now - I just want to go to sleep - when that happens it just completely wipes me out - it is exhausting!
I don't know whether to just call in sick now and stay home or go in - I'm leaning towards calling in sick - I'm already over an hour late and I still feel the stupid thing stuck there making my stomach turn.............
Okay - I know we are supposed to be talking about food here - sorry - just venting to a bunch of people who totally understand!

3 cups french vanilla coffee w/ fat free 1/2 & 1/2
couple pieces water melon

B - Healthy choice turkey breast w/melted cheese
S - couple bites of 3 bean salad, couple bites of chicken salad & some mixed fruit
(Can you tell left overs?)
L - ministrone soup with some organic pretzels, some sugar free pudding and 2 pieces of beef jerkey
D - meatballs & sausage w/sauce summer squash a bite of spegetti.
DD Coffee & Diet snapple iced tea. Went for a walk at lunch & hit up curves for a work out.
