I need help desperately

A few weeks ago at the Middlesex Support Group--the speakers spoke about the need to change your diet up every 7 months because our bodies adapt to routines and get "lazy". For example, if you are eating alot of fish--try chicken. If you eat at 8-12-4 then try 7-11-3. Also, try to switch up your exercise as well.
Congratulations on your weight loss dear--you should be proud of yourself for that.
